Softener

Surfactant/refining agent
Efficient refining agents emphasize their refining ability in process and formula design, and have special effects in removing stains, oils, and slurries. At the same time, they have decomposition and stripping effects on the color generating components of fabric fibers and colloids. They can be used in
alkaline environments below 100g/L NaOH. After processing with this product, the fabric will have good hair effect and whiteness, which is conducive to the smooth progress of the dyeing process.
Special:
1. This product has strong penetration, dispersing and emulsifying ability, and has good removal function for oil stains
on fabrics, and can prevent re deposition.
2. Has low foaming properties and has a certain defoaming
effect in high temperature conditions.
3. The use of this product will not directly affect the fiber
strength and has a protective effect.

Chelating agent
Chelating agents are specifically developed according to the environmental requirements of printing and dyeing processing. This product has strong chelating ability for calcium, magnesium, iron, and other metal ions, and excellent dispersion ability for solid particles. It can be used in various pre-treatment and dyeing processes of printing and dyeing, and is a multifunctional and multi-purpose chelating agent. Meanwhile, under strong alkaline conditions, the chelating ability of this product remains unchanged, making it particularly suitable for pre-treatment processes of long vehicles. This product does not contain phosphorus or nitrogen and is environmentally friendly.

Penetrant
Penetrants are fatty alcohol compounds that undergo high- temperature reactions and have excellent wetting and permeability in low alkaline environments. They are suitable for alkaline environments at room temperature and below 40g/L sodium hydroxide at high temperatures. Due to their special synthetic structure, traditional ether compounds have doubled wetting and permeability. At the same time, due to the absence of redox groups in their structure, they can be used as wetting agents in systems with strong redox properties.
Features:
1. It has rapid wetting permeability at low concentrations
and can be used as a wetting agent in systems such as dyeing
and printing pastes.
2. Without oxidation-reduction ability, it can be applied to
systems with oxidation-reduction ability, such as in sulfurization
reduction systems, as a wetting agent.
3. It has low foam property and few foam in application.
4. Low dosage. The standard canvas wetting rate in a 0.5% water
system is 2-3 seconds

Fixing agent
This product is derived from amine derivatives through complex biological chemical reactions and condensation. Some functional groups in its structure have strong affinity for dyes, while other genes have effects on cotton or amino acid fibers.
Therefore, it can be used as a bridge between dyes and fibers to increase the adhesion of dyes on county committees and improve dry wet fastness. It is particularly suitable for fixing active and direct dyes

Efficient nano color fixing agent
This product is made of polymer compounds made of high- tech nano silicon with extremely high technological content internationally. It does not contain formaldehyde and has a positive charge, making it more conducive to penetration and adsorption. After baking, it can form a color lake with the dye inside the fiber, making the adhesion of the dye on the fiber stronger. This product has a soft touch, reduced color change, and can significantly improve dry and wet rubbing fastness, with wet rubbing fastness improved by 1-2 levels. Suitable for fixation and finishing of fabrics dyed with vulcanized, reactive, direct, and reducing dyes.
Soaping agent
Performance and Characteristics:
1. This product has low foam and excellent cleaning, level dyeing, dispersion and other properties;
2. In the soap washing process after active dyeing and printing, it can effectively prevent the re staining of dyes.
3. It has good effects on removing floating colors and printing paste after dyeing and printing, and is used for degreasing and washing in silk production;
4. This product is stable for various acids, bases, and electrolytes, and has good chelating ability for calcium salts, magnesium, and iron ions;
5. It has no effect on the color and luster of the fabric or yarn;
6. This product does not contain phosphorus or APEO, and does not release AOX into wastewater. It can be easily removed in biochemical wastewater treatment plants.
Silicone Oil
This product is an amino polyether modified silicone oil developed as a base oil for fiber softeners. It is used to treat fiber products in the form of emulsions or solvents. Compared with previous amino modified silicone, it greatly improves the hand feel, especially smoothness, and also has good flexibility, water absorption, and water washing resistance. High molecular weight but highly emulsifying; Low molecular weight siloxane content is low, and emulsification is more stable.

Oxygen bleaching stabilizer
The oxygen bleaching stabilizer is a composite product mainly composed of polyhydroxy carboxylic acids, which has a good chelating effect on iron and copper metal ions and can prevent fabric from "puncturing" damage during bleaching. The adsorption and complexation of hydrogen peroxide exceed that of sodium silicate, and the whiteness is high after oxygen bleaching, with a soft touch. This product has good alkali resistance and is suitable for low alkali oxygen bleaching, low alkali cooking, and concentrated alkali cold stacking, all of which have good effects.

Detergent
Application:
(1) As a detergent for woolen products, raw wool, yarn, yarn, and woolen fabrics can all be washed with 209. After washing, the fiber feels soft and will not affect future dyeing. The dosage is generally 1-2 grams per liter.
(2) As a pre-treatment agent for dyeing woolen fabrics, if the woolen fabric contains a small amount of oil before dyeing, it can be treated at a temperature of 50-40 °C for 20 minutes at a rate of approximately 1-1.5 grams per liter of 209, and then dyed using the usual method.
(3) As a leveling agent for wool dyeing, this product can be used as a penetration and leveling agent for certain dyes, but it is not suitable for cationic dyeing. However, when dyeing wool with acidic and acidic mordant dyes, 209 can be used as a dyeing aid and lubricant.
(4) Used as a leveling agent for dyeing silk fabrics. This product is not only used as a direct dye, acid dye leveling agent, and wetting soap for silk fabrics, but also often mixed with turpentine to form a paste, used for removing oil and stains on silk, with good results.

Cross -linker
Features:
1. Used for processing various fabrics that are washable, highly elastic, non softening, and permanently stiff.
2. The particles are fine and have good permeability to the fibers, which can avoid the formation of surface resin.
3. Can be compatible and used with most dyeing and finishing auxiliaries.
4. After processing, giving the fibers a good shaping effect can improve their shrinkage stability.
5. After complete baking, there is very little Formalin residue on the cloth surface.

Antistatic agent KT-08
Sinoblue Antistatic agent KT-08 is a polyoxymethylene polymer composite used for anti-static finishing of cotton, cotton yarn, yarn, polyester, acrylic, nylon, silk, wool, and their blended fabrics. The treated fiber surface has good moisture absorption, conductivity, anti fouling, and dust resistance, and can improve the anti pilling performance of the fabric. This product does not contain environmentally prohibited
substances.

retardant performance of the fabric after finishing with this product can reach the B1 level of GB17591-2006 Flame retardant Fabric.
