Chlorine dioxide

Hydrogen peroxide

Function:In the paper industry, hydrogen peroxide can be used for bleaching paper and pulp, removing lignin from pulp, and deinking and regenerating waste paper, with pulp bleaching being its main application. Using hydrogen peroxide to bleach pulp has good stability in bleaching degree, is not prone to yellowing, and the bleaching process has less damage to fibers, high yield, and strong process adaptability. The bleaching wastewater contains organic chlorine compounds that are easy to treat, and can achieve full recycling of the bleaching wastewater.

Sodium hydroxide

Function:Sodium hydroxide, also known as caustic soda, is a strategic raw material in various industrial applications. In the pulp and paper industry, sodium hydroxide can decompose fibers for use in pulp cooking and bleaching processes.

Sodium Bisulfite

Function: Sodium bisulfite can be used as a reducing agent in the papermaking industry, and its effect is similar to that of sulfur dioxide. In the pulp and paper industry, it is used as a sulfonating agent in the production of chemical thermos mechanical pulp. In addition, sodium bisulfite also has a very good effect on removing residual bleaching chemicals.

Silicone emulsions defoamer

Function: Organosilicon defoamer is a commonly used additive widely used in the papermaking industry. In the papermaking process, bubbles in the pulp can affect the quality and yield of the paper; Organic silicon defoamers can effectively eliminate these bubbles, improve production efficiency, and improve paper quality. Therefore, organosilicon defoamers are widely used in various aspects of the papermaking industry, such as pulp and paper making processes. The lotion defoamer produced by our company, due to its large hydrophilicity, has a wide range of pH values, has no adverse effect on sizing, will not produce stains on the paper surface, has a small amount, and can achieve strong foam breaking and foam inhibiting effects.

Wet Strength Additives

This product is a water-soluble cationic thermosetting resin, non formaldehyde polymer, non-toxic and odorless. It’s widely used in the manufacturing of dry or various types of wiping paper.

Dry strength Additives

An important quality parameter for measuring the quality level of  paper and cardboard is dry strength. The new type of paper dry strength agent produced by our company is a copolymer of acrylamide and acrylic acid, which is a dry strength agent with a zwitterionic combination. It enhances the hydrogen bonding strength between fibers in acidic and alkaline environments, significantly improving the dry strength (ring pressure and burst resistance) of paper. At the same time, it also has the function of assisting in filtration and improving the glue application rate.

AKD sizing agent

This product is a reactive neutral sizing agent that can be directly used for pulp sizing in neutral papermaking in paper mills. Anionic Garbage capture agent

This product is low molecular weight, high electro positivity polymer. It can combine with the anionic garbage and tiny textile filters, neutralize and dissolve the anion charge on organic matter and filters, balance wet part charge, reduce anion impurity interferent, improve the retention of stuff fiber and chemicals (sizing agent, cation starch, reinforcer, etc. And can improve single-pass retention of paper stock on the net, drainage rate, and operating performance, prolong the service life of blankets and net, reduce steam consumption, increase paper machine speed and output. 

Application:
Used in the machine of making kraft paper, corrugated paper,paperboard, textile, core paper, newsprint, writing culture paper etc. It can be used alone, also together with our PDAE emulsion retention aid. Forming a two-pack retention and filter system, achieve a better retention effect.

Surface sizing agent

Aluminum sulfate helps adjust paper size. In this process, it is combined with rosin soap to change the absorption of the paper, thereby changing the ink absorption of the paper. Aluminum sulfate generates acidic conditions, while the acid free paper produced by synthetic sizing agents is not easily decomposed.
